Charles Fraser Ashley HoyleHe is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with over 20 years consultancy experience in talent assessment, development and recruitment. After an Ergonomics degree, his early career was in Personnel Management and with a major recruitment consultancy, progressing to a national management role.

For over 10 years, Charles was a Managing Consultant at SHL, the world leader in objective assessment of talent at work. He specialised in senior management assessment, development centres, individual coaching and competency design, as well as training clients in the practical skills of interviewing, managing performance and using psychometric tools.

Charles joined Ashley Hoyle in 2005 and became Managing Director in 2017.    He is a skilled recruiter, and a highly experienced, expert user of the main objective assessment and development techniques, including OPQ, WAVE and MBTI. He is enthusiastic about understanding the needs of his clients and identifying cost effective ways to address these.
