This large national security company was experiencing high turnover amongst its front line security staff.

The Process:  They had designed a new assessment process to ensure that appropriate people were recruited and Ashley Hoyle was asked to review the design.  We were able to quickly identify significant and unnecessary areas of overlap and duplication within the assessment centre design, the competencies and their behavioural anchors.  We amended these and reduced the assessment centre timetable to manageable proportions, saving several hours for each assessment centre.

The Outcome

  • This work was so successful that the HR Director commissioned Ashley Hoyle to run a series of Assessor Training Programmes for those running the Assessment Centres.
